What do I need in order to participate in a ShowMe Solutions class?
- Instructor Led Virtual classes are conducted using web based desktop sharing software. This software is easily installed and there is no charge to you for obtaining it.
Once your class has been scheduled, you will be provided a link that will be used to begin the class.
- Audio may be handled either via standard telephone or Voice Over IP using Skype. If using Skype, you should have the Skype software installed prior to class. There is no charge for the Skype software and it is easily installed. A Headset Microphone normally works best with Skype. Additionally, the same headset microphone may be used with Captivate.
- Prior to your class, we will typically schedule and conduct a brief test with you to ensure things are working as expected and you are fully prepared.
